1. Using Zokiar

You may use Zokiar to run your business communications in line with these terms, WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's platform terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure.

3. Your content and customers

You are responsible for the messages you send, for having a lawful basis to contact your customers, and for honouring their opt-outs.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Zokiar for spam, unlawful content, fraud, or anything that violates WhatsApp or Meta policies.

5. Fees

Fees, plans and messaging charges are described on the pricing page and in your order form.

6. Termination

Either party may end the agreement under the terms of your plan. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

Zokiar is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
